I hate to dwell so much on a completely petty figure like Sarah Palin, but it’s somehow merited as she has been suddenly elevated to a position far above her own pettiness by John McCain, who continues to defend his decision to the end of the earth, ignoring the inherent hypocrisy in many of the Republicans’ apologizing for her.
It takes someone like Jon Stewart to point this out:
